The Last Ramen Stand
An illustrated story by Inkwell Tales · Slice of life · Manga · All ages · English, Turkish
On the last night before his ramen stand is torn down, an old cook waits for one final customer.
Master Genzo has served ramen from the same alley stand for forty years. Tomorrow the alley will be demolished. On a stormy last night, with his teenage apprentice Hana sure nobody will come, a soaked stranger steps under the curtain: Kenji, the hungry boy Genzo once fed for free, now grown up and carrying a surprise.

Hana: Nobody's coming in this rain, Master.
Master Genzo: Someone always comes. Keep the broth hot.
Kenji: Are you... still open?
Episode 2: The Boy Who Never Paid

Kenji: I bought a little shop around the corner. It needs a master.
Hana: Master, say yes!
